Villa Details
Villa Olivia is newly renovated and recently completed, in 2022, with very high construction standards. Only natural materials were used, such as, local stone from Sifnos and marble from Festos, Crete. In order to reach the villa the road is steep and rocky. However, it is less than a mile away from Vathy a famous, picturesque village.
A 400 sq.m² beautifully landscaped courtyard planted with olive, carob, and wild pear trees provides shelter from the winds. The pool is located in the greatest part of this villa, overlooking south and west, facing two beautiful islands, Kimolos and Antimilos. In the outdoor area, there is a cooking area providing a Weber BBQ and an outdoor shower. The house also provides enough space in two separate outdoor dining areas, that can accommodate up to 16 people.
This spacious villa, consists of three independent houses, making it exceptionally unique. The main house, (200 sq.m²) offering a spacious living room 85 sq.m², with an open kitchen and large windows offering spectacular views to the sea west and to the mountains east and south. A separate utility room, fully equipped can be used as a second kitchen. The living room opens to a large, shaded area protected from the winds. The master bedroom is located upstairs and it has its own terrace overlooking the village of Vathy and endless sea-view. It includes its own en-suite bathroom and a dress-room as well. The other two rooms face the mountains on the northwest side and are separated by a sliding door. Three of the bedrooms, measure 35 sq.m² all with queen size beds and each one with en-suite bathroom as well as dressing rooms. Additionally, they can be accessed separately from the terrace, for all guests’ comfort and sense of independency.
The second house, a total of 50 sq.m², consists of two rooms 25 sq.m² bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. They open to two separate, private terraces facing west. Additionally, this house has queen size beds in each bedroom.
Lastly the third house, offers two bedrooms total of 54 sq. m², adding on, a large bathroom and a kitchenette. Both rooms open to a private terrace and an ancient aloni (threshing floor). Each bedrooms have two twin beds that can be combined into a king size beds.
